Buell 1125 Owners

If you have been monitoring Badweb you may alredy know this...

In the last week or 2 new ECM Flashes have been released for all 1125s. The feedback is that these calibrations pull harder, run smoother, and run a couple degrees cooler. Some 08s had surging issues, this seems to have been addressed also.

Reflashing is covered under your warranty. Some HD dealers are better than others about keeping current. I would insist that they run your VIN on HD Net and verify the most current version.

These are the latest and greatest ECM calibrations:
'08 R = M3HUS062
'09 R = M3HUS142
'09 CR = M3PUS152

Mine was built 1/09, with M3PUS12z. M3HUS142 is noticeably better.

I don't own an 1125, but I had wanted to buy one for a long time and did quite a bit of research on them.

I personally -hate- the badweb forum simply for its god awful layout. I preferred http://www.buelletinboard.com/forums/index.php; there is quite a bit of info there as well, and the board as a WAY better layout and is easier to navigate. The stickies are quite handy.

You new 1125 owners might wanna check it out.
